Description:
This is a Czechoslovak report on the 1968 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Sofia. It summarizes the main issues discussed: (i) the draft of the nuclear weapons non-proliferation treaty, (ii) consolidation of a text of a public declaration on the situation in Vietnam, and (iii) establishment of a joint staff, a military council, and a committee on technology.
