||
Description:
This document comprises five summary reports on the June 1965 military exercises by the Hungarian Army's chief arbitrator Imre Gábor. The reports praise the coordination of the 25th unit, the commanders role in the wargame, and the efficient use of communication devices and other technical equipment. However, the reports show that certain theoretical questions were not clarified within the unit, including concerning the combined use of nuclear weapons and military troops. According to Gábor, the lack of communication between the divisions diminished the effectiveness of the exercise, and there was an obvious lack of cooperation between certain divisions and the leadership.
