Council of Ministers: Resolution No. P-45 on Export of Old German Arms to Third World Countries

Description: This is a resolution of the Bulgarian Council of Ministers on the export of German weapons and ammunition. The Council of Ministers approves the export of such military items either through Western companies or directly to Tunisia, Morocco, Libya, Yemen, and Egypt. However, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry must coordinate direct exports to these countries with the Soviet Union.
