Description: This report from the Bulgarian ambassador to China and Vietnam provides information on the state and development of Vietnam, on the ambassador's accreditation in Vietnam, and on Vietnamese expectations for help and assistance. The ambassador summarizes his impressions from a visit to Vietnam and subsequent meetings with officials, including Ho Chi Minh. He gives a wide-ranging account of Vietnam's political and economic situation. Finally, he addresses Vietnamese expectations for aid and assistance and makes proposals in this direction.
