Description:
This document lists the participants attending the 1966 meeting of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC) in Bucharest and adopts the following points for its agenda: (i) to discuss possible reforms of the UAF, (ii) to finalize a declaration on the strengthening of peace and security in Europe, and (iii) to approve the text of a declaration on the US war in Vietnam.
