Description:
This document lists the participants at the 1963 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow. As part of the agenda, the Supreme Commander of the United Armed Forces (UAF) Andrei Grechko presents a report on the state of military readiness of the UAF. The participants adopt a decision to create a joint secretariat with representatives from all Warsaw Pact countries.
