Resolution by the Czechoslovak Communist Party's Military Defense Commission on the Introduction of Emergency Measures

Description: This 1961 Czechoslovak resolution orders the country's armed forces to adopt a high degree of defense readiness in the light of the Berlin Crisis. The Czechoslovak military defense commission lists the respective tasks of the president, the minister of national defense, and the minister of transportation and communications.
