In this report on the 1960 Political Consultative Committee (PPC) meeting in Moscow, Bulgarian Prime Minister Anton Iugov informs the Politburo of the Bulgarian Communist Party about the issues discussed at the meeting. The most important of these are the question of disarmament and the signing of a peace treaty with West Germany to assure security in Europe in light of West German rearmamant.
