Description:
This secret agreement, dated 1968, governs the stationing of Soviet nuclear missiles in Czechoslovakia after the Prague Spring. The two countries agree to create three facilities on Czechoslovak territory. The sites will be garrisoned by specially assigned Soviet troops, and are to be established under the codename "Project Javor".
