Polish Proposals for the Conference on Security and Disarmament

Description: This is a 1969 unilateral Polish proposal for a European Conference on Security and Disarmament. Among other things, it includes the following provisions: non-use of force and threat, acknowledgment of the territorial integrity and existing state borders of all countries, the right to individual or collective self-defense, and compulsory consultation among the signatories.
