Soviet Draft Statute on the Unified Command of the Warsaw Pact

Description: This document outlines the draft statute of the Unified Command of the Warsaw Pact drawn up by the Soviet Union. Also decribed are the duties and responsibilities of the Warsaw Pact supreme commander, the chief of staff, and their deputies, as well as a proposal for the creation of a military council and a committee on technology.
