Description:
This is a 1966 Polish defense ministry proposal for reforming the Warsaw Pact's military structures and organization. Among other things, the Polish side proposes that an Advisory Committee for Defense be established and defines the role of the Supreme Commander of the United Armed Forces (UAF). Also included are suggestions on how to share the burden of the UAF budget and how to give member states a fair share in the command. Collection: A Cardboard Castle?
