Description:
This is a Polish summary of the 1968 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting. The first secretaries of the Warsaw Pact member countries agree on the following issues: (i) consolidation of the draft text of a treaty on nuclear non-proliferation, (ii) consolidation of the text of a public declaration on the situation in Vietnam, and (iii) establishment of a joint staff, a military council, and a committee on technology.
