In this document, Hungarian leader János Kádár presents the positions taken by the Hungarian delegation at the 1969 Budapest Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting. He expresses satisfaction with the resolutions passed on the restructuring of the military bodies of the Warsaw Pact and the establishment of new ones.
