Description: This document is a transcript of the ceremonial speech by Albanian delegate Mehmet Shehu at the closing of the 1956 PCC meeting in Prague. Shehu declares the successful conclusion of the meeting and thanks the Czechoslovak hosts for providing the committee with optimal working conditions.
