This document is a report for East German leader Erich Honecker on the recent meeting between Leonid Brezhnev and Nicolae Ceauşescu in the Crimea. Both confirm their intention to stop negative propaganda in their respective media. Brezhnev criticizes Romanian attitudes vis-a-vis the Warsaw Pact and the appearance of a neutralist position. He also states his opposition to any kind of Balkan Pact.
