Report by Minister of Foreign Trade (Lachezar Avramov) on Arms Delivery to Nigeria

26 Sep 1970
Description: This is a report by Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Trade Lachezar Avramov on exports of weapons and armaments to Nigeria. The report explains that Nigeria is not able to pay in cash for the military supplies it has ordered from Bulgaria. According to Avramov, Nigeria is likely to sign a long-term credit agreement for the period 1971 to 1975 to continue its purchases. Avramov proposes that this credit be granted to Nigeria.
