Description:
This Warsaw Pact declaration accuses the US government of imposing a military dictatorship on Vietnam and of committing crimes against humanity in Vietnam and other countries in Southeast Asia (Laos and Cambodia). The Warsaw Pact countries demand an immediate end to US military occupation and activities in South Vietnam and declare that they will give their moral, political, economic, and if necessary, military support to Vietnam to help secure the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
