East German Memorandum of Conversation with Dmitry Ustinov and Viktor Kulikov Concerning a Soviet War Game

Description: This is a memorandum of a conversation during which Soviet Defense Minister Dmitry Ustinov and United Armed Forces Supreme Commander Viktor Kulikov discuss the details of a Soviet war game with East German Defense Minister Heinz Hoffmann. Ustinov criticizes the conviction of the general secretary of the Romanian Communist Party, Nicolae Ceauşescu, that both NATO and the WP should be dissolved. He also mentions Romania's lack of cooperation with the other WP armies.
