Letter from Nils Swedlund to Årmann, Salander, Haegermark, Colliander, Björk, and Gester20 Mar 1951 |
||
Description:
This letter from the Swedish chief of the defense staff, Nils Swedlund, informs the commanders of the military districts personally about Sweden's military cooperation with Norway. The paper makes clear that, under the given conditions, the commanders of the military districts are not allowed to engage in this cooperation, since it is the responsibility of the chief of the defense staff. A note from September 1961 revalidates this regulation. Collection: Sweden's Secret Ties to the West
