Memorandum by the CPSU CC on the Romanian Proposal to Summon the PCC

Feb 1968
Description: This memorandum, approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, approves a Romanian proposal to summon a Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in 1968 on the draft of a nuclear non-proliferation treaty. It further suggests a declaration condemning the Vietnam War and stating support for the Vietnamese people.
