Council of Ministers Resolution No. P-279 on Free Arms Delivery to North Vietnam

Subject: On Report No. 1434 from 13 December 1965 of Minister of People’s Defense, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Foreign Trade

Description: This resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers establishes the amount and the composition of military aid to North Vietnam in 1966. North Vietnam is to take free delivery of armaments and ammunition worth 2.4 million Rubles, including anti-air and infantry weapons as well as mines. These weapons are to be taken from Bulgarian government stocks. Bulgarian Vice Prime Minister Stanko Todorov is to sign documents of assistance with North Vietnam.
