Report by the Chief of the Bulgarian General Staff (Atanas Semerdzhiev) on Free Military Aid to PDR Yemen

Description: This report by the chief of the Bulgarian General Staff, Atanas Semerdjiev, to the chairman of the Bulgarian Council of Ministers, Stanko Todorov, discusses the provision of free military aid to South Yemen. Semerdjiev suggests that Yemen be given free military-technical equipment worth 494,000 Leva. He also proposes that the agencies in question be instructed to deliver the equipment by the end of 1980.
