Description:
This document reports on the 1970 meeting of Warsaw Pact foreign ministers in Budapest, concentrating on the convention of a European security conference. The participants agree on the creation of specialized organs during the conference that will institutionalize the security and peace process in Europe. The foreign ministers express their satisfaction with positive Western responses. Also attached is a proposal for the Czechoslovak delegation with regard to further steps at the security conference.
