Description: This documents describes a meeting between the Indian Vice President Radakrishnan and visiting Soviet First Deputy Premier Kosygin. They discuss the probable changes to US foreign policy as a result of the election of John F. Kennedy and the consequences of the U-2 incident. Both sides agree with respect to the Congo question, criticizing the role of the United Nations.
