This is a transcript of an interview with the former deputy supreme commander of the Warsaw Pact (WP), Polish General Tadeusz Tuczapski. He describes his country's concept of territorial defense, Poland being the only WP country to have developed one. He critically assesses this concept with regard to nuclear war. Tuczapski further outlines military simulations and war games that anticipated the total destruction of Poland.
