Description:
This text summarizes the discussion of the 1965 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Warsaw. It presents the viewpoints of the respective Warsaw Pact members. Among them, East Germany included a critique on political developments in West Germany and Romania refused to sign any documents on non-proliferation of nuclear weapons. However, the delegation members unanimously condemned Albania for its non-participation and NATO plans for nuclear weapons deployment in Europe.
