Proposal from Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs (Ivan Bashev) to the CC of the BCP Secretariat on Free Arms Delivery to Zanzibar

Description: This proposal by Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Bashev suggests sending light infantry weapons as well as a delegation of military and civilian specialists to Zanzibar. Bashev outlines Zanzibar's development into a Socialist People's Republic and states that Bulgaria recognizes the new state. Bashev hopes that this agreement will improve relations between Zanzibar and Bulgaria in the future.
