Description:
This document lists the participants at the Warsaw Pact's 1969 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Budapest, and outlines the working agenda as follows: (i) to establish a unified command, a committee of defense ministers (CMD), a military council, and a committee on technology, (ii) to prepare a draft of an appeal for a security conference in Europe, and (iii) to publish a communiqué on the results of the meeting.
