Militärwesen: Introduction to the Formerly Classified Military Journal of the GDR Ministry of National Defence

Most Warsaw Pact countries published classified general staff military journals. In the USSR it was “Voennaya Mysl’” (Military Thought) and in Poland “Mysl Wojskowa” (also Military Thought). These two are available in a few Western libraries but also in expensive microfiche editions.
